Vania, the owner, is trustworthy, diligent, and has provided us with excellent service.
Not only is our house been left clean, but the extra detail to attention is amazing, something we have not found in others, i.e she repairs small items, furnishes the home with missing items without being asked to do so. Pays attention to minimum details such as placing aluminum foil inside the stove and etc. Vania has also managed delivery of new appliances for us.

After having 3 homes on Emerald Island for over 10 years we have finally found someone we can trust, to look after our homes . After the nightmare of the normal Nickle and dime large m/c companies it took me a while to find someone who was actually interested in doing a proper job, we searched for over 6 mths and I found Vania, via a friend at first I was a bit cautious after having the normal issues most of us have had with m/c companies . Two years down the line and I can honestly say I am delighted, my guests reviews are all 5 star and they all comment on how helpful and prompt Vania is, the homes in general as as good as when I leave them and I have never had any issues with cleaning or guests complaining . You can get cheaper m/c companies but believe me you only get what you pay for .
I do not own a property, but I recently rented a home in Emerald Island Resort that Vania and her company manages.
There were a few items that we needed to contact her about during our stay.
She ALWAYS responded immediately, she ALWAYS was super nice and pleasant, she ALWAYS took care of anything that she could in a very timely fashion, and she ALWAYS did it with a smile. She could not have been more helpful.
We might not consider renting this particular owner’s house again, but I would without a doubt try to rent a home that Vania and her company managed, because I know I would get impeccable service!

We have been very happy renting it. This place is very clean, well decorated and well equipped with furniture, kitchen appliances and dishes etc. We have been renting condos for last nine years in Florida and three other condos in Emerald Island Resort.
This is by far the best one we have ever rented.
