We will personally check the inside and outside of your property twice a month, providing you with written reports, in addition pictures depicting the inside and outside of your properties’ condition.
Should there be issues requiring service, such as plumbing or electric, we will arrange for reliable and competent licensed workers, who will address the issue for a reasonable price. That being said, be assured that PROpertyChekker, LLC. will never perform any services without providing the proprietor with an estimate of services to be performed, in addition, a written / signed authorization will be required from proprietor.
We will also make sure that the property is in tip top condition for any visitors or any scheduled appointments.
